  Today Home Pride and Team completed a roof replacement for us. I want to specifically praise Mike Hodtwalker of Home Pride who represented us in working with our Insurance Company to replace the roof and skylights in its entirety. We went from our Insurance not wanting to pay anything to completely replacing it fully less the deductible. It was truly Mike Hodtwalker that made this happen and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would fully recommend Home Pride and Mike Hodtwalker for all your roofing needs. Thank you Mike and the Home Pride Team incredible job!

  Great team for gutter installation! They came out to provide an estimate the day after we called, crew came out the same week, and the work looks great. The team listened to our goals for the project and got us set up with everything we needed. Grateful to this crew!

  Homepride is a great company , Steve was very helpful with window selection , the whole process was easy breezy, Bryan and his install crew were top notch, hope to use them on other projects. Old divided window versus new awning window. I love it!

  DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! This company will smile to your face, tell you exactly what you want to hear, and then leave you holding the bill. The salesman, Ryan - The fake cowboy, swore up and down that the money I paid would cover everything. Funny how every important conversation had to happen over the phone instead of in writing or text message. When I asked for proof I would not have to pay out of pocket, suddenly there was an excuse every time. Then came the surprise demand for thousands more. When I went to management -Brett, I got the corporate shrug: "You signed the contract." Apparently, what their own employees promise means absolutely nothing once your check clears. If deception had a business model, this would be it. Learn from my mistake: if they won't respond in writing or via text demand your deductible back, and walk away. Chances are they will not give it to you because they don't care about the customer, just your money. There are plenty of contractors who don't treat customers like walking wallets.

  We used Home Pride for our new roof and we are beyond happy with the result. Jeff was amazing to work with. Our insurance was being very difficult but Jeff took lots of time going back and forth to get things taken care of. The installation was prompt and smooth which was very necessary since we are a business. I will be recommending Home Pride and Jeff from here on out.
