  Over the years we have had Home Solutions Midwest install Renewal by Andersen windows, Gutter Helmet leaf protection, seamless gutters, exterior doors, and a Sunesta Awning. Every project 100% professional from the free on-site estimate to the completion of the project. If we have required service after the sale, they have always responded in a timely fashion and taken care of any problems. We recommend this company to every homeowner!

  From Start to finish Home Solutions Midwest of Albert Lea Was Fantastic to work with. We started researching steel roof ideas and found Gerard offered a superior product . We contacted our sales representative and he helped us write up our bid. Communication was great during the small waiting period while the materials were ordered from the factory. Once the materials arrived the work crew showed up shortly. When the work crew showed up my wife and I could feel we were in good hands. The work crew was courteous well communicative and did excellent craftsmanship and cleaned up our yard beautifully. It was so nice to work with professionals on every level from the phone calls to actual install every thing was great. I am pleased with the look and durability this roof will provide our family home. I truly feel this should be the last roof I will have to buy pending no real major damage from very large hail or trees hitting the roof. Thank you Home Solutions for a wonderful Experience and great install.

  The Gutter Helmet product works well. The installation crew worked efficiently and even came out in February when the temperature was above 40 degrees F to install the gutters. They sealed up the corners where the Gutter Helmet did not fit under the shingles and made sure the down spouts were properly attached. Good job by the installation crew. However, I did have trouble with the sales team as they were not willing to independently take time to provide information to the insurance company. I actually sat in their outer office until the sales rep came out to talk with me. We set a time to call the insurance company that afternoon, were on the phone for approximately 20 minutes, provided the information to the insurance company and we were done. They should have been more proactive in contacting the insurance company.

  We have had poor service from this company in regards to reinstallation of our gutter helmet and helmet heating system after our roofs were replaced due to hail damage. No contact, damaged dented gutter helmets, no follow up service at all. Please be advised before working with them / purchasing their products. We would have liked some kind of notification from this company about the ongoing status of this project, nothing received from this frustrated home owner
