  Worst experience with an internet company by far. They use surrounding servers to supply internet to your house when you don't have connection. Which means they use your internet to supply it to your neighbors. Even if you pay for the highest quality. We've used their internet for 2 months and have been on and off the phone with them more than a hand full of times because our WiFi keeps going down. I would never recommend their services to anyone

  I called a tech, he was not able to get me the info I needed right away (it was a lot) but he told me he would follow up later. He did, within a few hours I had a follow up email that had all the info I needed. Detail instructions, and follow up information/contact (phone numbers too) if I needed. Wish all tech support was this nice, efficient, and knowledgeable.

  company has outages every other week which also causes Verizon to go out in the same spot. 24-48 hours before fixed. I make money online and this company loses me money all the time

  Isaac and Miguel helped me through the steps and they did a phenomenal job. Hands down to those two. They made the process of hooking up my new router, recalibrating, and ultimately connecting it to the ICS server exceptionally better than past experience with alternative providers.

  Jack and Rodrigo were so patient and helpful. They were thorough and guided me through the entire signing up and setting up the router. If your technically chalange like me it is a wonderful experience to have such knowledgeable and friendly people to help.
