I cannot recommend this company enough, every single aspect from sales, install, service was full of the most friendly and accommodating people. Kari helped get our kitchen done, was so helpful at every step, we are thrilled with the result and the investment. This team went above and beyond for our first kitchen remodel, educating and giving great advice. I hope I do not have to do another kitchen for a long time, but if I do a kitchen, I will be coming to Iowa Countertops!

Iowa Countertops did not disappoint from the moment I stepped in their doors. They were patient with me as I said no to tons of samples and asked numerous questions. Their communication was seamless. Install was efficient and expertly done. I'm absolutely obsessed with the results. When I ran into an issue a few weeks after install, they were quick to help! Highly recommend using them for all of your countertop needs.

I was looking for countertops and I found the one that I wanted here, so I payed and the lady in the front said it would arrive on February 2. I ordered it on January 22. I called them on January 30 to just check on the order and see if it was still going to arrive on February 2, and the lady told me that she couldn’t find the order. I gave her my name and phone number and she still couldn’t find it. She told me that she’ll call me back once she found the order. When she called me back she said she found the order and told me I just have to keep waiting because it hasn’t arrived yet. So I waited. On February 2(today)I went to pick up the order since today was the day of pickup and the lady in the front told me it still hasn’t arrived and I told her how much longer do I have to wait and she told me one more week. I understand sometimes there can be delays so I just asked them for a copy of the receipt and she gave me it and I walked out. Then I realized on the receipt it said “1/30, forgot to order on Monday” and I was a bit confused. So I went in to ask them what that means and that’s when she decided to tell me that she forgot to place the order. I’m very disappointed because not only did they forget to place the order, they also weren’t honest. The day I called(January 30) I asked them about the order and they couldn’t find it and she hung up and That’s when she placed the order. And the only thing she said was keep waiting instead of being honest and saying “hey sorry I forgot to order it and I just now placed it” or something like that. And when I went in today to pick up my order, if I would’ve not realized what the paper said I would’ve just walked away without even realizing. The only thing they said was “Sorry about that”. If you guys ever order here, make sure you guys are calling to make sure your order was ACTUALLY placed!!!
