  The city I live in hired J & R to do some work for the city. I will NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone! They dug around in my yard for a week - tearing up the yard and flowerbeds. After several holes, my husband and I got sick of it and he asked them what they were doing that required them to ruin our yard. Rather than ask us, they were blindly digging around looking for where our floor drain connected to the sewer line. My husband showed them and was told someone would be out after they were done to restore our yard. NEVER HAPPENED! Their idea of restoring our yard was dumping sand into the deep holes they left and nothing else - didn't even put grass seed over the sand. Our yard looks horrible! Pictures don't do it justice since we've been trying to fix the bare spots they left in the yard since they ruined it.

  Just before 6pm on Tuesday, December 27 I was driving on highway 19 from Windsor to Waunakee behind one of J&R’s trucks. The vehicle was definitely driving over the speed limit (55mph) and several black garbage bags flew out of the truck bed. I was able to miss the first one by swerving over towards the shoulder - it did end up going into the oncoming lane of traffic, but the second bag followed quickly and I was unable to miss it and it hit my car. The negligence of the employees leaving loose items in the truck bed and driving at such high rates of speed in the dark is unacceptable. I feel lucky that my son and I did not get into an accident or hurt tonight because of this incident.

  Been in Monticello,wi. for most of winter working for Spectrum.Seem to have no regard for the amount of damage done to personal property.Ranging from mutilation of shrubbery,scrap wiring left on the ground,to most lmportantly leaving deep holes unfilled and heavy machinary ruts in thawed yards.

  Your working in janesville and down by the 451 Lexington. You have dug up some really old and beautiful purple irises. They have been there forever. Bettes mom planted these these and she just passed!! This is horrible and unforgivable!!!!!

  One of this company's trucks was driving on Doty street in Mineral Point this past week at a high rate of speed & nearly hit me. The driver was laughing when I jumped back.
