    We were hired to do some subcontracting work at a Valvoline in Hermitage Pennsylvania. Joe agreed to the job site and if there was more work that needed done, he would approve the change order after the work was completed and provided proof of the change order. He denied all change orders. Everybody be very aware. If you’re a subcontractor, he did not pay the concrete guys or the excavating guys we are filing a civil suit against them this week.

    Terrible experience. Owner is busy living in Texas water skiing behind his yacht while others from Ohio do all the dirty work. Biggest level of arrogance this company has seen in sometime. Terrible management, mismanagement of trust funds, and a revolving door with project management. AVOID THIS COMPANY

    Worst contracting experience ever. Owner is a ruthless and greedy. Multiple superintendents and project managers on one project. Disoriented staff. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.
