We recently wrapped up a building conversion project, in which we used some Janus swing doors and other components. Overall super experience working with Janus, and Ryan Mitchell especially. This was our first project and he was super patient answering questions and getting an order together that met our needs. The Janus system itself is great, the hall partition and door components really go together nicely once you understand the process and pieces. We'll be expanding in the future, no question that Janus is the way to go for the addition also.

Editing my review. I have subsequently had great tech support. Also the onsite contractrs are awesome. I went to support for help with a tenant issue. The AI hung up on me 3 times. I was told they would email information that I never received. I went to the chat to request it again. The chat sent me a messed up transcript instead of arranging an emailed answer. I tried again. The AI sent me to the same person that I spoke with who left without answering my question or sending the emailed info. So. 1 star. I would leave zero if I could. This was awful service. What's worse, it makes me look bad too.

I picked up a 5x8 door for installation on my boathouse. The Orlando staff was great and assisted with loading. Your local orlando retailer asked all the correct questions. I had it for a couple months before I had time to do the install. I needed to remove an entry door and expand the opening. The installation was easy and I did it solo. It was easy to modify adapting to my short ceiling. It survived the recent Hurricane and about 3" of storm surge against it. Keep up the good work and Thanks.

I got into dealing with this company after purchasing from Roll Up Doors Direct, as this is their manufacturer. The doors were built within a reasonable time frame and sooner than projected. We made a 2.5 hour drive to personally pick the 3 doors up from Janus HQ. The experience was sort of unprofessional, but the guy that loaded my doors was very nice and clearly cared about our satisfaction. Once we got home with the doors, we had several problems. We had an installation issue with one of them, one of them was found to be dented, and we discovered that they shorted us on some of the material we paid for. We immediately contacted RUDD via email and were put in contact with a Janus rep right away. At first, there was pushback to resolve the issues. They did work with us and put in a good effort to figure out the install issue, but the immediately gave pushback on the dent, and told me that it was because of the way I strapped them to my trailer. It clearly was not, but they didn’t seem to care and continued to push back a little bit. But, with some persistence, we did get straightened out on everything. They finally issued me a little bit of my money back to make up for the dent, and promptly shipped out the pieces that we were not given. So overall, they changed my mind at the last minute and I’d probably do business with Janus again just for their savings over the competition.

Ordered 18 storage units. Drove down to pick up the kit personally. When I arrived, the person loading seemed to be in a rush. Never told me the items he was loading on the trailer and I was not given an a bill of lading to check off items that were supposed to be in the items that were ordered. On two occasions after he stated everything was loaded, he came back and said "oops, I forgot this." After everything was loaded, I was given a list of items to check off of. How do you expect me to see what is on the bottom or middle of the trailer at this point? Comes out that there were some parts missing. No responsibility taken from Janus. Want me to pay again for the items they did not load and never gave me an opportunity to check. I can provide pictures of my trailer and show that the items were not there, Janus does not seem to care according to those that have been in contact with them.
