We have used them for decades. They are not the company that put the well in when the house was built, but have come out and made repairs when we had problems. They put in the well part of our geothermal system many years ago and just recently repaired wiring and replaced the pump on the original well. Nothing has changed. Came out right away and did a great job.

I called this company back in March and was told that they could fit me in around June because they had one of four rigs down. I was told to call back at the end of April into May to try and get an exact date. When I called I was told that they still didn't have a date for me yet and to try again at the end of May. I called back today, end of May, and was final told that they had two other of there rigs go down and that they are hoping to make it out to my property hopefully by July. The initial communication and quoting was great but everything after had zero commission and was told multiple time that I would receive a call back and I would have to call again after two days to get little if any information. I will not recommend this company to others.

The water went out, had to look up this company who put it in 21 years ago. I said my water went out, they spent some time troubleshooting over the phone, determined they would need to come out, and within an hour they were there and had to replace the pump, not a small operation, but weee done in a little over an hour. What makes this even more impressive, I didn’t call them until 4 in the afternoon.

They came out on a Holiday weekend, they were fast, friendly, and very informative. I will be using them again in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

After sales service has been outstanding! New well January 2019. Landscaper ran skid loader into well head, causing surface water to contaminate well water. Jensen was out the next day, dug up well, made the repair, sanitized well, and well was back up and running same day. Dave and his crew were very professional, and thorough.
