  I was hoping this company would be a great solution for clean up on my property twice a year. They came in the fall and charged me $138 for 30 minutes of work. I thought it was pricey but they did a good job. I wanted clean up again in the Spring and asked to be placed on their list. I called once to be sure they would come in the Spring and was told they would come out end of March or beginning of April. They never showed, no phone call, no nothing. I do not recommend them for a reliable clean up crew.

  Disappointing Customer Service and Unfulfilled Promises** I recently attempted to purchase several 10-gallon emerald green Arborvitae trees from this business, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that the trees were out of stock but was assured that a new shipment would arrive within a week. However, when I followed up, I was told they had not arrived. After multiple calls and delays, I was informed that some had been received—but they were allocated for another order. Despite additional assurances that my trees would arrive on the next truck, another week passed, and still, no trees were available. Eventually, I was offered 7-gallon trees instead of the 10-gallon ones I originally ordered, requiring yet another wait. At this point, after repeated delays and unfulfilled promises, I still have not received any trees. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Clear communication, reliability, and customer satisfaction should be the foundation of any business, and unfortunately, this company failed to meet those expectations. Due to the continued mismanagement of my order, I will not be making any future purchases from them.
