I walked in the door; someone greeted me; I told them that I'd like some nice-looking carpet to sell my house. They measured on that Thursday or Friday and installed the following Monday. It was everything you should hope for; the price was good enough for me to do more than I had planned, they gave me the options I needed and adjusted the installation cost appropriately, and it was quick and very easy.
