About Kelly's Carpet And Furniture LLC
From kellyscarpet.com
Good experience from top to bottom. I've never had carpet installed, so I was a little unsure what to expect. I walked in the door; someone greeted me; I told them that I'd like some nice-looking carpet to sell my house. They measured on that Thursday or Friday and installed the following Monday. It was everything you should hope for; the price was good enough for me to do more than I had planned, they gave me the options I needed and adjusted the installation cost appropriately, and it was quick and very easy.

My review is for Matt Turpen, Quality Assurance Manager. After installation of carpet, I was having trouble opening and closing 2 doors. Matt came to my house to address my problem. As soon as Matt arrived he ASSURED me he was going to fix my issue…and he did! Matt listened to me. He was very confident, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I give Matt an A +

Kelly’s Carpet provided outstanding customer service and stood behind their product and installation. Gwen went over and beyond expectations with communication and follow-thru. Jorje and his team were efficient and detailed with installing our laminate flooring. Thank you so much for this 5 star experience!
