  They forgot to install a beam that carried the second floor of my home. Chase, their now construction manager, promised to take care of all of the outstanding items on our final walkthrough before closing. I wouldn’t see or talk to him again for almost 2 years. Once we closed on the house they didn’t return my calls for months. I’ve included a few photos to show the quality of their work. Terrible company.

  Our house built by Kimberly is good we are very happy. Our lawn sodded after construction is terrible it has several different weedy perennial grasses like tall fescue, brome grass and barnyard grass. All are unsightly in a bluegrass lawn. We expected better from Kimberly.

  BUYER BEWARE! We bought a spec home from Kimberley Development a few years ago. We had to sue them because of the severity of the issues with the home. The final judgement was over half a million dollars, but it wasn't even close to our repair estimates. On top of that, we had to pay for Kimberley Development's legal fees even though they were found negligent, so it cost us over $200k to sue them and win. Also, their contracts include a mandatory arbitration clause, which keeps disputes out of public court records and makes it difficult to see how many claims or lawsuits may have been filed against them over the years. We found out that there were multiple lawsuits going on while we were suing them.

  My wife and I had an amazing experience with Kimberley. We moved into our home in July and had shovels in the dirt by August building our outdoor patio/kitchen/fire pit, 16x20 shed, custom closet modifications and various trim work. Tom Monson and Matt Bruce did a wonderful job communicating throughout the project and were such a pleasure to work with. Definitely one of those instances where their customer-focused mindset shined from the minute project plans were laid out in front of us. Will definitely be using their services for future endeavors!
