  “They followed the engineer’s plans” is what they said. No engineer would route any sidewalk the way it is in front of my house. Their foreman said “ no , I would not want this in front of my house”. Yet it is here. Drive down Bynum road in Lone Jack, Mo. I challenge you. Look at the sidewalk. Not the uneven storm drains, not the storm drains being higher than the road. Just look at the sidewalk. You will find my house. It may take 3 tries. You will find it and then question WHY? I was raised if you can not be proud of the work you did, don’t do it.

  The water / gas line project on troost has been a nightmare for me. I had the foundation around my home redone 4 years ago and the vibration of my home and foundation for months now is so intense we've had things fall off of the walls and now there are cracks forming around the entirety of my foundation and in the basement. I was naive to knowing I should take before pictures, they are literally 5 ft from my front door on the sidewalk with giant machines ON THE SIDEWALK that is connected to my foundation. They have torn up the road 3x in the same place in front of my house. Its so loud and vibrates so much I can't work from home on the days they're out here because my computer shakes too hard for me to read the screen. Happy to have new water lines, but at what cost? Now I have thousands of dollars of repairs to be done and the sidewalk that was pristine before now looks like trash. I seriously have cried multiple times because I'm so overwhelmed with what this is doing to my property that I've spent significant money stabilizing over the past few years, its effecting my well being.

  these guys are great, contracted by the city waterworks to do work only to disrupt services, have the water shutoff, and then everyone leaves by 4:30, leaving hundreds without water for 24 hrs. How can you disrupt service and leave with so much daylight still available? where are your standards? how are you guys awarded contracts?

  Horrible driver. Pulled into the left lane to go around someone and pulled out into a solid line of traffic on De Soto forcing traffic to slam on breaks. Then proceeded to cut off someone else at the traffic light. Not a good look in the company vehicle but it looks like the company doesn't care based on all the reviews calling out similar behavior
