I reached out to a couple places at the beginning of the year to see if they would be willing to offer discounted rates for replacing two broken windows at the Pearson house, in an effort to take one thing off their plate as they brought Penelope home after her leukemia diagnosis. Dan Knebel responded really quickly and offered to "take care of these at no charge." When I tell you I teared up, you should understand how much that meant. He sent out his estimator on a day when Penelope would be out to avoid sharing germs, and when the glass came in, they remembered that her clinic days were on Fridays. Since she's in the hospital right now, they squeezed the job in today, for a total turnaround time of only five weeks! When Penelope is discharged, it feels wonderful to know that her home will be a little warmer, and we can thank Knebel Windows' generosity for that. If you are replacing windows any time soon, you definitely know where to go. A HUGE THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, goes out to Dan Knebel and Knebel Windows.

They replaced the glass in a big arched living room window that had a seal failure. Very pleased with their work, they did an awesome job. Communication with Brad was always prompt. He kept me updated as to the timeline of the project. I would highly recommend Knebel Window!

We inquired about a new front door for our home in June of this year. Needless to say it is mid November and we still do not have a door installed. We like supporting local businesses. We have used Knebel before, and are returning customers. We paid half of the bill on ordering the door, and were notified a few weeks later the door was in. Knebel doesn’t install doors in houses as old as ours, so we’ve been working with an installer that they recommended. The installer gave us a reasonable time frame for installation. Brad at Knebel emailed and said, “Your door has been here for a month, we’d like to get payment for the balance.” That was fair and I paid over the phone the next day. I said the installer would be coming the next week. I stayed home from work to meet the installer on the day he was scheduled to install the door. When he went to Knebel to pick the door up, they couldn’t find it. Turns out the door was never ordered because they didn’t see an email from the manufacturer back in September. Brad said they never followed up with him after he didn’t respond to their email. I have a hard time faulting the manufacturer for him missing an email. When the trim was delivered, they marked the whole order as being received. But it wasn’t. So the door wasn’t really ordered until November 3rd and is supposed to come next week. I feel bad for our installer for having to rework his schedule to come back to this project. I don’t think there is any bad intention, but it has been a very long and frustrating process overall.

Outstanding service! We purchased a stormdoor and had it installed. The installation went smoothly and they were very respectful for your property. Very friendly and courteous. We'd definitely buy from them in the future.

I had my whole house done a few years ago. Amazing company to work with from estimate to installation. I highly recommend! Everyone was courteous, on time and very thorough. They even pointed out problems other companies missed like dry rot! How other companies overlooked that idk. Thank you Knebel!
