  Requested a preliminary quote from Legacy Building Solutions for a substantially sized project. Received a response within a day or two to discuss the project in a little more detail. I was told I would receive the quotes 1-2 weeks later. I followed up after 2 weeks to check on the status of the quotes and was told they were in the final review stages. After 1 week with no update, I followed up again with 3 separate emails, all of which were ignored. I called my contact once more and I was told I should receive an email to schedule a time to review the quotes. The next day we scheduled a meeting for the following week to review the quotes and Legacy Building Solutions cancelled the meeting 5 minutes before it was supposed to start because of an emergency that came up. I was told I would receive the quotes via email no later than the following morning so I could review internally before scheduling a make-up meeting to review with Legacy Building Solutions. However, 7 weeks after the initial request, I never received the quotes and was my follow-up emails were ignored. Keep in mind I was originally told it would take 1-2 weeks to receive the quotes. A simple response to emails with an update would go a long way for your company.

  Legacy was paramount to our project which required a unique design, limited CAPEX, and a fast-paced construction schedule. The design crew worked through all issues promptly and the installation crew worked efficiently in extreme weather conditions to deliver the product ahead of schedule. Legacy has been very responsive with our client to address any and all installation requests and adders to the project. They will be contacted again for future endeavors as we move on to similar projects.

  Legacy designed and erected our new 5000 ton fertilizer facility on-site in Hull, IA. Product quality was excellent, the building was constructed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Legacy Building Solutions for a cost-effective, well-built structure.
