  We hired M&M Painting in December 2021 to paint our home and replace several areas of wood rot. Unfortunately, less than five years later, the paint is peeling significantly in multiple areas, and we now have substantially more wood rot than when the work was completed. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication. Over the past several weeks, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by both email and phone, reaching out to several individuals, and have received no meaningful response. I even requested that someone contact me within a week so we could discuss a resolution before I considered pursuing other options. My goal has never been to leave a negative review or go the legal route. I simply want the company to stand behind its work, inspect the issues, and make things right. At this point, I feel compelled to share my experience due to the lack of response. I would gladly update this review if M&M Painting reaches out and works with us toward a fair resolution.

  I was driving down 35N in North Kansas City and had one of their trucks cut me off then lock up his breaks. He was fat guy with reddish hair and a shaggy beard. He noticed i was going to take a picture so he took off weaving in and out of traffick, cut across 3 lanes of traffic and got off the hwy. I tried calling M and M painting and had to leave a message. I left a message with my name and number and never received a call back. It they are OK with their employees doing that then it should not be hard to find a better company with dignity and care fore other people to do your work.

  M & M has not only don't my interior, but now the exterior. Fantastic job on both. Very highly recommended, and did everything that we ask of them. Went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate the work they have done for us.

  I can't say enough good things about this painting company. The care and quality they put into every job is amazing. Their prices can't be beat by any other painting companies in town, Their professionalism and eye for details is outstanding. They have painted two of my homes and several of my neighbor's homes . Always done and cleaned up on time and looking absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend M&M painting for all your residential and commercial painting needs .
