    Project manager did not follow through and provide details or drawings on how emergency repair project under RR would be completed. Has not been responsive since that. Will not provide communication channel with RR to bring water flow capacity back to original flow capacity before 36” RR pipe was sleeved. All we are trying to do is be proactive and resolve a community drainage issue and Midwest Mole, Inc.is not cooperating to assist in a complete resolution to our community drainage issues which is also a traffic hazard.
