  Why aren’t there TEN stars?! Brianne & Brad Cummings of the Momentum Group, aside from being some of the nicest people, are absolute perfection when it comes to customer service and making sure their customer is 100% satisfied. I cannot even begin to tell you how accommodating and knowledgeable Brianne is when it comes to interior design. Her eye for high-end color and style cohesion is impeccable. As for Brad, he is hands down one of the most conscientious and detail oriented professionals in the business. He was an absolute perfectionist every step of the way when it came to the build and final product of our home. I could just go on and on and on, but to say we’re over-the-moon pleased with our new home and the very high quality of every single detail and finish, is a major understatement. Love, love, love our new Buck Moon Villa! 🤗

  We recently bought a brand new home from Momentum Group of Iowa. We were actively looking for about 15 months because we were so picky about build quality, layout, and amenities. The build quality of these homes in Buck Moon Villas is fantastic and is a testament to the quality of construction they put into each home. Brad was amazing to work with and made it super easy for us to add and modify aspects of our new house to meet our needs of how we wanted the home to function. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and we highly recommend them for anyone that is on the market for a brand new home.
