These folks do contract work for Cox Communications. They came to my house, decided to remove the additional cable box outside of me house. installed by Cox. The tech left an exposed wire outside of the remaining box plus cause extensive damage to the vinyl siding exposing my home to potential leaks. They're non-responsive and rude when I contacted them about resolving this issue. Final Resolution: COX cable made this right. National ONDemand is ran by a bunch of folks that don’t care about folk’s property. I do not recommend this company, keep an eye on them if they come to your home or business.

We had the Tricolink installed on 4-13-22. We had a gentleman named Eric from National. He was so professional and did a fantastic job. Hands down super job done. He explained everything we ask and went about and beyond to meet our needs. Job well done.
