  My company was hired by NGC as a subcontractor and getting paid for the work that we have done has been a nightmare. Initially, as the contract was unclear, the project manager stated that payments would be sent out on a net 30-45 day period. This has not been true as the earliest that I have received payment from any of my invoiced dates has been 92 days. I was complete with my scopes and contract before I was paid even a penny. Every time I request a status of payment, it takes several weeks for them to answer but that is only after I threaten a lien on the property. We are still owed thousands of dollars, 3+ months after the job has been completed. The management team is full of liars and the accounting department is full of incompetent, unhelpful people that have no business dealing with people’s money. I would avoid doing business with this general contractor at all cost, unless you are looking for your company to fully fund these projects while trying to maintain professionalism. Good luck to all that dare to work with this disgrace of a general contractor.

  NGC built the playground at Aspen Creek Elementary in Gretna, NE. They did a GREAT job! My kids love playing here. They used woodchips as a better resource then sand/rubber. There is a sand area on the side that they used small native rocks. We like how they used local materials verse shipping stuff in. There are 8 swings and a 9th swing for a child in a wheelchair to use safely. 4 slides and a rockwall. Lots of options for kids to play and very bright colors! Great work. I hope more schools and parks start using materials/ equipment like this one. Thanks!

  Project Harmony is a Child Advocacy Center based in Omaha, and NGC helped us remodel some office space. They were fantastic to work with, had clean and polite contractors and a simple and fair bidding process. We would recommend them to other organization with similar needs.
