  Norwalk Seasonal Service did an amazing job designing and building our backyard oasis! They were great to work with in the design process, really listening to how we would use the space. Their team executed the plan well and even suggested improvements as they completed the work. A minor detail, but I was so appreciative of how well they cleaned up at the end of each day! Clayton has been very helpful in answering all the questions we’ve had as the work progressed. We absolutely love our new back yard and would work with NSS again!

  The team with Creative Nature did a wonderful job turning the sloped side of our fence line from an eyesore into a beautiful planting area (check out the before and after). Clayton was a wonderful contact person- I always knew what was happening and even when there were hiccups, they worked to get them resolved in a timely manner. The entire crew was awesome- they even left our gravel path better than when the project started. We were able to get this project done from quote to finished product in just a few weeks which was amazing. Highly recommend and will be using in the future for more projects!

  NWSS was hired to apply various chemical applications, recommended by them, to our lawn.. They professionally provided these services for a couple of years with no issues. Last year they applied a chemical that completely destroyed our lawn. And our neighbor's lawn as well. Both yards have to be re-sodded in the Spring. The owner admitted responsibility immediately. And promised to repair our lawns. It has now been over 4 months and the owner is refusing to honor his word. We are now in litigation. Mistakes like this happen. And taking responsibility to correct the damage is the right thing to do. Thinking you can ignore your customers, like NWSS has done, will only get you reviews like this. And the opportunity to be heard in court!

  We used to have really good service with Norwalk seasonal services but I don't know what happened lately. It's not so much about their lawn Care or plowing services but about their actual customer service. When you call in, you get a receptionist who knows absolutely nothing about your account and can't access it. What good she is. I'm not really certain. She takes a message and absolutely no one gets back to you. We accidentally paid for lawn Care for the upcoming 2026 year which was reimbursed to us twice once by check and once by direct deposit. As we believed we had overpaid for plowing and thought the funds were refundable, we did not return the double payment as they owed more than the amount of the double payment. We are still trying to get our money back and we've been told that the owner will give us a call back but that was more than a week ago and still no call. I had some questions about my bill and the amount due and wanted to speak to someone who understood all the accounts not just part of them. I was told Clayton would call me back but he never did and dodged my calls. This went on for over a month till I received a legal letter of demand for payment though Clayton still had not contacted me. We paid the bill in full and parted ways. I believe all of this could have been alleviated with better communication. It is definitely not a good way of doing business. They don't have an office to go into and their staff can't help you with your accounts. You also prepay for 10 plows in their package. But if it doesn't snow they keep your money. So beware of that. That's how we got caught. They kept our money. It's better to pay per plow. Because the last few years that it snowed it definitely did not snow 10 times. Buyer beware. Updated: I received a request from Clayton to change this review given the outcome. But now he's stating he doesn't have prepaid services and now calls it a 2-in trigger program. However, this is not what we received. We paid for 10 plows and he kept our money regardless of whether he plowed 10 times or not. And trust me he made me pay for it and this is what the demand for money was all about. Otherwise he would have owed us. Maybe his programs have changed. Give him a call and find out it's up to you what you do. What I can tell you is that we received good lawn care with the exception of them running over some of my plants from time to time, good plowing but the communication was awful. We were loyal for years and they destroyed our relationship.
