  When Santiago came to give me the quote for my driveway, steps and retaining wall he went through telling me what materials he would use and permits that he would have to get from city. Told me he would give me the quote in two days and he did. I accepted. He came back to go through everything and gave me a time when he could start. He did driveway first. He gave me ideas on how to do the steps and decided on the L shape. I like them, what a difference. After that he did the retaining wall. He hauled all the old concrete from driveway, steps and retaining wall. He also did the finishing work by steps. His workers that he had with him were great and also did good work. Every day they all cleaned up everything til they came back the next day. Even with the rain delays they still got the work done in good time. I would recommend PH Concrete.

  These guys were quick to respond for a quote and started the job right away. They are very hardworking and did an amazing job! They buried our downspouts and sump pump tube for a very clean look. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left it like they found it (minus some grass lol) I would highly recommend these guys for any concrete work.

  Perez Construction did an amazing job completely revamping our backyard. They did new retaining walls and doubled the size of our patio with all new concrete. Santiago and his crew were amazing to work with. They were very thorough, hardworking, and great at communicating. I would recommend them to anyone!

  We have worked with Santiago and his crew on two occasions both for our business and our personal home. They have done a major retaining wall overhaul and also revamped our landscaping where they removed existing rock and plants and reworked our limestone edging. In both instances he and his crew were extremely professional from bidding our jobs to the day they finished. They did very high quality work, treated our properties with respect, and communicated well to align on planning and expectations throughout the projects. I will definitely be working with Perez H Construction again on my future projects and would highly recommend them for any size project.
