  The team did an amazing job on my home. They came in, carefully inspected my mold issue, and came up with a smart, cost‑effective plan that fixed the problem and upgraded my space at the same time. I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and options, and that they focused on what I needed while still finding room in the budget to give me a few of my wants too (hello, new shoe closet!). The work was done professionally, the results look great, and I feel like I truly got quality work for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Pivot to anyone needing home repairs or renovations.

  Maggie & her team are top notch. The team came into add a few doors inside of an old commercial building, I asked them to check out a problem wall. We found very old termite damage, & Maggie determined we needed the entire wall removed, re-framed & new windows to do the job right. They worked around the office hours & worked weekends & nights. I highly recommend Pivot for any remodeling jobs.

  Pivot has done three jobs for us recently, all of which were done exactly as we wanted, in a timely manner, and for a price no one could compete with! Maggie's contractors and employees are top notch, easy to work with, and great craftspeople and Maggie goes the extra mile to understand clearly what you want, and how to bring it to life! Thanks to Pivot we now have a beautiful walk-in shower, a few spruce ups in our bathroom, a sturdy easy access gate across our driveway, and a strong roof over our heads! And it didn't break the bank!

  I have worked with Pivot many times over the past few years- from some residential siding to a larger whole office renovation. They are a client focused company that really listens.
