  Our company has been working with PVCC for almost two years. While there was a late payment early in our partnership, it was due to our invoice not including the required PO number. Once we corrected that mistake, the invoice was promptly paid. The facility coordinators have consistently been polite, professional, and responsive. They address requests and answer questions quickly, making communication smooth and effective. Overall, it has been a pleasure doing business with Pleasant Valley. They are a reliable and respectful company, and we value our ongoing partnership with them.

  This company is a nightmare to do business with. They often jack the price up on the end and then ask the contractor to reduce their cost. The moment you don’t give them the rate they want, they find another company to underbid you. When that company goes out of business, they call you back to run emergency service that they then don’t want to pay for. Would not recommend contracting with this company.

  Impossible to collect payment. "Need a PO to go out" but emails and calls to send you out to whatever "emergency" call they have WITHOUT SENDING ANY POs. They want same day service, but have no problem having several outstanding invoices. Even after providing proof and photos of repairs, they asked for a discounted invoice, AFTER BEING PROVED WRONG THAT NO ONE SENT US A PO. If you want to get paid for your services, DO NOT WORK FOR PLEASANT VALLEY. Still waiting on a PO from several months ago that "they are working on" and have been since July of 2024. Absolutely ridiculous and do not recommend working for them.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. After I was told to submit an invoice several times to there portal. The portal says the job is not closed out. I still have not been paid. The job was done on 06/18/2025. The representative’s name was AJ and then I was passed to Kyle.

  They consistently delay payments to their subcontractors. Although their terms state net 30, payments are typically made 60 to 90 days later and only after multiple follow-up attempts.
