  I would not recommend Anthony M of Pro-Crete based on my experience. In April 2024, I hired Anthony M from Pro-Crete to replace my garage floor and paid a significant amount of money for what I expected to be a quality, long-lasting job. Unfortunately, within approximately seven months, I noticed a new crack developing near the garage door on the newly poured concrete. Before the work was completed, I specifically discussed proper leveling and preparation with Anthony because there had been cracks in the old garage floor, and I wanted to avoid similar issues in the future. After the new crack appeared, I contacted him right away. Since it was heading into winter, I understood that repairs might need to wait until spring, but I wanted the issue documented and addressed under the one-year warranty he assured me came with the project. For nearly a year, (March 2025-January 2026), I repeatedly followed up by email. Anthony consistently responded that he would come out to inspect and repair the problem, but he never showed up. Despite numerous promises, there was never any attempt to visit the property or honor the warranty. Eventually, he stopped responding to my emails altogether. What disappoints me most is not even the crack itself, concrete can crack, especially in Minnesota's climate. The issue is the complete lack of follow-through and customer service. I have had other concrete work completed around my property and have never experienced cracking this quickly or such poor warranty support. If a contractor offers a warranty, they should stand behind their work. Taking payment promptly but failing to address legitimate concerns afterward is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to do their research before hiring him. A company's reputation is built not only on the work they perform but also on how they treat customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. If I could give less than one star, I would.
