  Alexis and Anthony worked on my windows and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Not only was the quality of their work outstanding, but their communication really stood out the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. They were both professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail, which really shows in the final result. It’s not always easy to find people who take pride in their work and communicate so well, but they definitely do both. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into everything, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality work.

  I needed replacement windows to fulfill a home inspection requirement for the sale of my house. I had used Clear Choice in the past so knew I wanted to contact the company again. Tyler was the representative who called on me. He was respectful of my time and knowledge of the product so did not give me a sales pitch. Tyler listened, was responsive, and knowledgeable. I would work with him any day. I pointed out some leakage from the windows installed in 2014 and he told me that the company would honor the guarantee and replace the glass in addition to installing the new windows. That’s the sign of a good company!

  The install team did a great job installing 6 windows and a new sliding glass door. The installation took a few hours and they finished the outside trim the next day.

  Replaced a picture window with two double hung windows molded together. The installation crew did a wonderful job with the broken window removal and install of the new. Great communication pre-arrival and during the work. Thank you for a job well done!

  We’ve had a great experience working with Rob at Clear Choice Exteriors so far. We’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and communication is honestly the area where a lot of them fall short. That has absolutely not been the case with Rob. If he says he’s going to do something, he does it, and he does it in a timely manner. Whether it was updating quotes, answering questions, making revisions, or following up on details, he’s been extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. That level of communication is incredibly important to us, especially when making such a large investment in our home. We received multiple quotes from different companies, and Rob was transparent, professional, and ultimately worked with us to find a solution we felt really good about for both windows and siding. He never made us feel pressured and took the time to explain products, compare options fairly, and make sure we were comfortable with the decisions. We’re also planning a second-story addition, and Rob has been very flexible and willing to coordinate timelines with our addition contractor so the siding and windows can all come together correctly. Overall, it’s clear he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers, and that level of communication and follow-through has stood out to us. We’re excited to move forward with Clear Choice and appreciate all of Rob’s help getting us to this point!
