Hello! I'm Andy Ott, owner & operator of SSPI Solutions. I was born and raised in Waverly, Iowa and grew up in the construction business doing all facets of carpentry. Simon Sez Powerhouse Incorporated (SSPI Solutions), was created in the spring of 2003, in an effort to keep up with the growing need of installers to conduct retail store installations throughout the midwest. The company originally focused on sign and lighting maintenance, including retrofitting and LED installations, as well as rollout installations - everything from vinyl graphics, to store fixtures, and construction projects. Eventually we focused primarily on Sign Maintenance work, cleaning and maintaining mostly car dealership pole signs across 23 states. As times changed, the company evolved, and we added local Tree Services to our offerings. This eventually led to letting go of Sign Maintenance all together, so we could focus on our 'roots' back home and service our local community.
