Paul continued as a laborer on various pipeline jobs while pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduating in 2007, Paul started with Sunland Construction, Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager in the Eastern Division and later transferred to the Gulf Coast Division to diversify his skill set. In 2015, Paul continued his career with an opportunity in estimating as an Estimating Manager for MG Dyess. He returned to the Sunland family in 2018, as the Assistant Division Manager for the Gulf Coast Division and was quickly promoted to the Director of Pipeline Operations in 2021. Paul currently holds the title of Vice President of Pipeline Operations for all of the pipeline divisions at Sunland Construction, Inc.
