  We’ve had a great experience working with Acco. Their team is always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I especially want to recognize Stacia at the front desk, she is always fantastic to deal with. She goes above and beyond to take care of us, stays on top of everything, and makes the whole process smooth every time. Having someone like her as the first point of contact makes a huge difference. Highly recommend Acco for anyone looking for reliable service and great customer support.

  Now I can't speak for the sales or service side, as I only took a CPO class here. Judging by the two instructors I had. I wouldn't expect anything different than the way they taught the class. Both were funny, entertaining and more importantly, informative. I thought Chris and John did a phenomenal job of helping someone who has had very little experience in maintaining water balance, feel like I could walk into work tomorrow and have a night and day difference in what the chemical system at the pool in our facility is doing. Thank you Chris and John for your time! I wouldn't hesitate taking another class from these two.

  I operate our city’s Aquatic Center and have worked with two ACCO representatives over the past year and a half, Stan and Eduardo. Both have been extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. Stan has always been quick to help diagnose and resolve any chemical imbalances we encounter, and Eduardo consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need for a successful swim season. I would highly recommend ACCO, they truly take the stress out of managing pool chemicals.

  Brian Beveridge has been great assisting Eldridge with downsizing chemical bulk tanks. He is onsite exactly when he says he will be and gets right into the work while also explaining the process on how things are progressing.

  I personally haven't worked with them but I was having swimming lessons for my children at a pool they provide for. One of the workers placed his truck right in the middle of the walkway. I understand it's hard to move chemicals, places and stuff and find a good spot for that stuff. There was not a lot of room on one side of the truck to get through and everybody was leaving swimming lessons and my son hit his head on the tailgate of the truck. That's when I realized I probably should have went the other way because it was slightly bigger. But I was a little annoyed because the truck was in the middle of the walkway. So I mentioned something to the employee and he said well. You should have went the other way. As my 3-year-old son is screaming and I am taking him to urgent care right now because the cut itself might need help being shut. I understand. I should have went the other way but the callousness and the lack of empathy that this man showed me and my son was ridiculous. Imagine how that made my son feel. That's why I'm writing this review. That's why I called and talked to the president of the company and he addressed it wonderfully and talked to the employee as well. Because no one will treat my child that way and get away with it. They did a good job solving a problem that probably shouldn't have happened to begin with. That's why they're getting a one star. There is another pic of a different work vehicle that was parked right behind them that gave us adequate space.
