  Adam provided outstanding customer service when he came to my home to give me a estimate on a new heating and air system.! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He offered several helpful suggestions and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. It's was great to have someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. I highly recommend working with Adam, you're in great hands!

  I called Custom Heating and Cooling when our AC unit was frozen up. Scott took my call and walked me through a few steps and we were able to correct the issue ourselves! Scott was kind and patient with me. We ended up not needing a service appt. I highly recommend calling Custom Heating and Cooling if you want a kind and reasonable technician to help you!

  When I was looking for a new Heating/AC unit I was told by several people that Custom Cooling and Heating were a good company with good service and a quality product. I purchased a unit from them. When I purchased the unit I was given the option to purchase service what would cover labor for 10 years. I declined it because I was stupid enough to think that the unit I purchased would last longer than that with routine service. Imagine my surprise when after less than 2 years the AC unit quit. The part was under warranty but I was told I needed to pay for labor. This again was after less than two years. As a retiree I need to start saving to pay for the next thing that falls apart. So much for quality product and service.

  Custom Cooling & Heating responded very quickly once it was determined our 30 year old furnace was unsafe & needed to be replaced. They got us a quote the same day & within 2 days they were installing. The installers were professional & did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. We highly recommend them for your furnace & A/C work.

  My home previouly had a CC&H furnace. They upgraded my A/C & furnace (2019) when I moved in. The A/C struggled through June 2026 "heat-dome". A part burned out June 30th, but, they fit me into their "workload" anyway. The Service Tech, Ross, is a champion, breaking the "dome" into....ahhhhhhh, cool ! Thanks Ross ! Happy 250th July 4th Holiday weekend to all Custom Cooling & Heating Employees ☆☆☆
