    Fantastic company to work with! Will be using them for any future repairs. Great customer service and quick to get us on the books when we lost A/C last week! We had golden rule come out in June due to our a/c going out. Guy spent 2 hours at our house when I told him it was low on freon. Ended up putting freon in and some dye and charging us $700. Said he’d be back in 2 months to look where the leak is. Didn’t trust golden rule after that so we called Kale at 3pm on a Friday and he was at my door by 4pm. Found the leak in less than 5 mins. Got parts ordered and got us up and running again!

    can’t recommend kale enough! he replaced my AC unit last summer and just replaced my furnace blower motor. both times he showed up on short notice and got the job done quickly. extremely communicative, easy to reach, and very reliable. on top of that, he took his shoes off at the door every time without me ever asking, that was a nice touch to know he’s respectful of his customers homes. Kale clearly knows what he’s doing and i’ll absolutely be using him again!

    Pretty good fast service. That day got super cold, outside temp i mean, but i already made the appoinment for a monday, felt bad about it, all the time i was at my job, we comunicate he got home and solve it. Very pro and good. He go rigth were he need too. And solve it rigth the first time. Only person i will call again.. Thanks
