  Evan’s Plumbing saved the day! We got home from vacation to find that our water heater had leaked water all over the basement floor of our utility room. We got everything shut off, contacted our home warranty company, and Evans called us right away. They were able to get a technician over to our house on the same day to get pictures and get a replacement ordered. 36 hours after that, two technicians showed up to replace our water heater. The technicians were fast, friendly, and professional. The entire replacement took a couple of hours and we were back to enjoying hot water just an hour later. I highly recommend Evans plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! They are really fantastic!

  I highly recommend Evans Plumbing. My service was handled through a home warranty claim, and even though these can be a hassle for contractors, the team treated me wonderfully. My first interaction was with Dixie, who was great at 'interpreting' my issues and translating them into clear work orders for the crew. A few days later, Adnan and Isaah arrived to handle four different repairs. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Adnan was especially patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about water heater maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them. A+ to the whole team, especially Adnan, Isaah, and Dixie!

  To be clear, it was through a home warranty company. However, Evans plumbing came 2x for the same drain backing up issue. The first time seemed great! They snaked my drain a little ways and it seemed to resolve the issue. For a couple days..... then my drains started backing up again. So they came back for a return visit. We scheduled for 4 days later to benefit both party's schedules. But when the plumber arrived and the drain wasn't currently backing up at that moment, he left without doing anything. Even though his ticket said to snake multiple drains to make sure it got thru all the underground piping. And it was a Friday.... knowing nobody would be around through the weekend if a problem occurred. Then the very next morning (Saturday)my drains backed up again. I called Evans plumbing to see if there was an emergency line and i left a message explaining the issue. Instead of even a call back, the owner, Jeff, text me and said I would have to open a new claim and pay again for the issue that his company couldn't fix the first 2 visits the came to my home. Im very dissatisfied with their services. I have now spent all weekend cleaning up a flooded basement with sewer water due to their negligence and unwillingness to help simply because it is a home warranty.

  Evan’s Plumbing came to the rescue with a recent water heater replacement. They went above and beyond in order to help us out and get a new one installed before the holiday. They had wonderful communication and were very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all of your professional assistance.
