    Do not buy from here until you read reviews because service after the sale is bad. If you need it, expect to be very frustrated by the time you get your issue resolved. They do have a large selection. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Management of after the sale concerns is very poor. Product: ***** Sales staff: ***** Prices:** Service after the sale: * In other words, you spend a lot of money, happily, and then you’re screwed.

    Bought an expensive top shelf fireplace from them, installed it and then had them come service it to ensure it was installed properly. The product seems awesome - the communication from the staff is terrible and when I called to ask questions - like confirming when the tech was going to show up since I wasn't sure, the woman who answered the phone was rude. I was a little surprised but brushed it off the first time. Then I had 3 more interactions with this same woman and yeah... she just always sounds like you're bothering her every time and it's like a contest to see how quickly she can get off the phone. So be prepared when calling. There is also zero communication on how much things cost - like a service for the fireplace and when I asked she was...rude again. Anyway, the service wasn't a terrible price around $500 (and the tech was knowledgable) but don't use this store to buy something that needs serviced because it's a pain every single time. I love my fireplace but wish I would have gone someplace else to buy it because - after calling them - I just realized that each store services the fireplaces they sell and none others so you're stuck. The bad reviews are true about the sales staff. They all seem like you're bothering them and like to talk down to you. So, if you're looking for friendly helpful people who seem to like their jobs - go somewhere else.

    Ron was great. They have tons of great stuff. Walked in and bought a patio table and chairs. They delivered it in about 20 minutes. The delivery guys set it up with no problem, great guys! Highly recommend you stop in.
