  Very satisfied. Scheduling/Office Staff were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time homeowner dealing with a 90° crisis. Our service man was prompt and professional. From the call I got to say they would be on their way to my air conditioning working was a little over an hour. They offer free quotes, fair pricing and provide fast service. 10/10 would recommend.

  I've used FOPS for multiple tune-ups on my old system, and the service has always been great. When the old system died, they were able to replace the furnace/AC at a very reasonable rate. The service has always been great and I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service in the Quad Cities.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Jeff and the team at FOPS. I recently worked with Jeff on a very challenging real estate transaction that seemed to have one obstacle after another. Throughout the process, Jeff remained responsive, professional, and committed to finding a solution. What impressed me most was his willingness to stand behind his work. Even when the situation became complicated and emotions were running high, Jeff continued to work toward a resolution and went above and beyond to help bring the matter to a successful conclusion. As a Realtor, I work with many contractors, and reliability and integrity matter. Jeff demonstrated both.   Had an old furnace go out on a Thursday evening prior to a holiday weekend expected to be below freezing. They called me early Friday am and sent out a technician who was very knowledgeable. Had a new furnace (which was located outside the area) installed by a couple of there installers who were thorough before 2pm same day. All this was done for a very reasonable price especially due to the situation. I highly recommend FOPS and plan to set up a maintenance program with them this year.

  My furnace went out and they were out right away. There customer service is top of the line and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.
