  We have lived here a long time. We have amazing neighbors and a beautiful street. The Hames staff are wonderful, the pantry each week helps so many families in our community. We feel welcome and safe living in this beautiful community. What can I say, it feels like home.

  They say it "Takes a Village". The Hames family (staff) do a great job. They are very helpful to community members (other villagers). Many villagers do their bit to help out in the community as well. Its a great place to live. Come check it out if you are looking for a home.

  I have quite a few of my hair clients that live in this park, & have now come to know a lot of the staff that do the maintenance, repairs and keep that place looking so nice. I would also like to praise the Volunteers that work in the pantry, in Summit View. The Ladies & Randy are so friendly towards the people that they are helping out. This is such a perk for that community, esp if a person is unable to get out to a grocery store or has been sick. I want to thank those volunteers for offering this & their time. This is a community that really looks out for each other!

  I sell Real Estate and had a client purchase a mobile home with Hames. With the way Real Estate prices are going, my client was able to find a beautiful home within her budget in a very nice Hames neighborhood. Curtis was a joy not only for my client to work with, but also myself. Curtis stepped up to the plate big time when he didn't need to in a very respectful way to get a deal done that we had run out of options for. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful people with commendable integrity.

  Awesome community to live in! The staff that works there is always looking out for the cleanliness of the mobile home park and also the well being of the people that live here. The food pantry is an awesome perk because it's free and they have an assortment of items to chose from. Would highly recommend living here!
