  I have followed Irie Homes for quite a while and was fortunate enough to be able to get my entire upstairs remodeled by them. I absolutely love their designs and finishes. I fully entrusted them to take over the entire design and choose everything for me. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! It was the smoothest process from the beginning until the very end. I 100% would recommend Irie Homes!! They truly are amazing people and I couldn't be more grateful for what they did to our home!

  100% I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to build a custom home or remodeling their current home. Irie Homes remodeled our entire upstairs and our entryway and we couldn't be happier. They are such a pleasure to work with, we always knew what was going on, and everyone that came to our home was always extremely friendly and professional. I can not wait until we are able to get our main level finished, we will definitely be calling them!!

  This is how their subs conduct business, including the owner having no integrity: I am extremely disappointed in the way Epic Interiors has handled our warranty repairs of our new build with Irie Homes. I first reached out in April 2025 regarding warranty-related items and was told I would be contacted soon to schedule. Over the course of several months, I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly given vague timelines (“3 to 4 months out,” “3 jobs ahead of you,” “2 in front of you, then you’re next”). Despite my patience and consistent communication, no firm repair date was ever scheduled. Most concerning, when I pressed again for an update, I was told that after speaking with our builder (Irie Homes), “I just talked with Mark and I already fixed the hardwood repair that was on your warranty. Your warranty has expired. ” This is completely unacceptable, as my initial outreach was within the warranty period, and the only reason repairs were not completed was because of Epic Interiors’ own delays and lack of scheduling. This experience shows a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. Warranty items should be addressed in a timely and transparent manner, not pushed off until the warranty window closes. I cannot recommend Epic Interiors or Irie Homes based on how our situation was handled. To include a list of issues with our build: -wood glue left over all of our floors (we had to clean up ourselves) -doors didn't close and latch, so they cut the metal strike plate and screw to make it work -fridge panels had screws coming out the front due to too long of screws being used -white oak shelves underneath started bubbling due to incorrect installation and the response from the builder was "There was no present concerns at the final walk-through." -wrong color soffit installed (was replaced) -wrong color gutters installed (was replaced) -garage steps to be concrete- didn't prep so installed wood -wrong tile installed on primary shower curb -tile installed in wrong direction for laundry room -leaking windows in laundry room (discovered they never caulked to top of the window set) -leaking front porch room (discovered the taping was not done correctly around the window-) -HVAC missed 3 ceiling vents- had to come back during first year and cut them in -HVAC forgot to run ducts to vent in upstairs and came back during first year to fix -All thermostats went bad and had to be switched out -Home humidifier was not installed and had to be added after -drain for sump pump and water softener not installed- had to be installed during first year (french drain) due to not being able to drain into the septic tank -primary bathroom floor damaged prior to close(builder refuses to "see it" on the video/images we shared) The list could go on....

  We built with Irie and have lived in our house for a little over a year. We had an outstanding experience with Mark and Emily. Their trustworthiness and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. Collaborating was a smooth experience and the final outcome surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend them for those seeking reliable construction and home design services.
