  On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 3:37 PM, during non-business hours, I experienced a serious safety incident involving one of your drivers. While merging onto the freeway, the driver operated the vehicle in a reckless and aggressive manner, nearly forcing me off the shoulder of the road. The driver deliberately failed to yield during the merge and appeared to intentionally intimidate me by accelerating aggressively. The situation escalated to the point where I was forced to abruptly slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. This incident was extremely frightening and placed my safety at immediate risk. I am deeply concerned by this behavior, as it demonstrates a disregard for public safety. This matter should be promptly investigated and addressed to prevent potential harm to others.
