Purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Lozier. Competitive price, great financing option and solid crew that installed the unit! Looking forward to have Lozier maintain my unit for years to come with their annual service plan too. Thank you Ryan, Tony, Pete, Doug, and Brett!

Cody did a great job. He arrived early in the scheduled block of time, worked quickly and efficiently, and let us know at the end of his visit how our furnace and A/C looked. I should note that we have an annual maintenance contract with Lozier so this visit did not cost us anything. I’ve been happy with the terms of the contract and will renew it when the time comes.

We had a great experience with Lozier Heating & Cooling. We called at 12:30pm with no appointment to have our AC unit looked at and checked over and Alvin arrived just before 3pm. The problem was identified rather quickly. Alvin was polite and friendly while maintaining a professional approach to his work. The part was replaced and service completed in less than and hour. Our home was at 82 degrees prior to service and it was cooled back to our desired 70 degrees the next morning. We were definitely satisfied with Lozier.

When your AC goes out with a heat index of 114°, you need fast, reliable service. Lozier Heating and Cooling delivered. They had a technician at our house in under five hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and had our home's temperature dropping from 87° back to comfortable in no time. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The technician even took the time to explain how changing our fan settings could help keep our upstairs cooler. That tip alone may end up being one of the most valuable parts of the service call. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Lozier Heating and Cooling.

I purchased a new furnace from Lozier's a few months ago and now my air conditioner has decided it's time is up as well. Tony came out and was very thorough and explained everything. He did what he could to keep it running so we could be comfortable during the heat wave. It's the second time Tony has been to my house and I highly recommend him. He's straightforward, very knowledgeable and not trying to upsell me on anything. I would also recommend Scott, who I worked with for the purchase of my furnace and AC. He too, is very knowledgeable, straightforward, no hard sell, and responded rapidly. So far, my experience with Lozier's has been very good, and you can count me as another happy customer!
