  I am a 5th generation builder My dad and my grandpa who where both builders used Monarch poured walls even on there personal houses and neither of them have ever had a case of a faulty foundation and the same holds true for me today. Frank James the VP is extremely knowledgeable and helpful a true professional. They also will include flatwork as well which they provide same level of punctuality, craftsmanship, and customer service. If you call Monarch they answer every time with the answer you need. If you email they respond same day. Which is impressive for the volume of jobs they have going every single day.

  We built our home in 2006 with a Monarch Foundation. About 4 years after we lived in our home we noticed our egress window tub was pulling away from our foundation. We called to let the company know what was happening, we were told to dig out the dirt from our window well and they would come out to fix it. (I will not do this again and why should I for their error!) After spending an entire day of digging out the dirt we discovered there were NO bolts holding the window well to the foundation. Monarch sent out one of their workers to bolt the window well to the foundation. We then spent the following day putting the dirt back around the window and re-seeding the grass. Now we have the same problem with our other egress window. I again called Monarch to tell them about the issue. The first time I called I wasn't sure who I spoke to but he told me he would check into it and get back to me. I waited 2 weeks with no response. I called back and talked with Frank the VP of the company. He told me this was not under warranty. I asked him how many bolts were suppose to be put in to hold the well to the foundation and he told me only 4. When looking at the well there are holes in the window well tub every 5 inches for bolts, in what I'm guessing is a 4-5 foot deep well, 4 bolts really? He asked me how many bolts were in this window well, although I can't see them without digging the dirt away I told him I could only guess that there where maybe 2, but from my past experience I'm guessing there are no bolts just like on our other window. I asked him if it was installed incorrectly shouldn't be their responsibility to fix it? He told my to go dig it out!!! The customer service with this company is UGLY!!! And as for Frank the VP, he should not deal with customers if this company would like to get a Gold Star for customer service. I will not build my next home using Monarch Foundations.
