Rusty and his team completed a main floor remodel for us in 2017, and when we decided to add an addition to our home in 2023, there was no question who we'd call. From start to finish, they were professional, easy to work with, and incredibly detailed-oriented. Rusty and his team listened to our ideas, brought them to life, and added creative touches that made the finished spaces even better than we had imagined. We wanted to work with a company who communicated effectively, managed timelines, and understood things from our perspective.   My husband and myself were our own contractors when building our home - we hired, managed and oversaw all vendors and installations ourselves. We regretted not finishing our basement but had intentions within a couple years to do so. Then Covid came and went so we waited...and then supply costs were all over the board, so we waited again...and then we finally came to the hard decision to just hire out the basement refinish. When researching companies, Compelling Homes stood out. Corresponding with Rusty helped give us the confidence that their team had the experience and expertise to help manage our project. I loved his vibe and his energy. The CH's team was always delightful, respectful, efficient and made our experience relatively stress-free. We are so grateful they helped get us to the finishline and we are now enjoying a beautiful space that adds so much to our home.   We've had the pleasure of working with Compelling Homes on three different amazing home upgrades. It seems they get better each time! Rusty, Denise, and the whole team are truly interested in making sure that the finished project will meet our needs and our lifestyle. The pre-planning step is SO important to making sure that the cost and final product are exactly what we expect before anything starts. Their attention to protecting our home, cleanliness, and communication make a huge difference. It's been a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them. Our projects include addition of two bedrooms and full bathroom, lower-level wine room and wet bar, primary bath redesign, and kitchen and pantry glow-up.

  I have completed 4 renovations with Compelling Homes and they have always provided an incredible end result. They were referred to me by a client of mine that used to design cabinets for them. I ask in a meeting who they would recommend for a renovation and without hesitation they said Compelling Homes. Rusty is very dynamic and great vision and Denise is the perfect compliment. The design team comes up with curated ideas after getting to know you. I will say the bid on the first renovation took my breath away and I did get a second bid from another remodeler but the amount was almost identical. I think watching years of HGTV has skewed the realistic cost of renovations. I am very happy that I went with Compelling Homes. The end product is amazing and worth the snags and mistakes during the journey but they always do what's right by the customer.
